Nicole has been a great help with freeing up my time with quoting. With the pictures that I take, she can generate a quote for me, which then the assessor can authorise without too much grief my end.

Its not always a good idea to ask for advice on the panel beaters australia facebook page with all the banter, if you know, you know!! But the guys came through with the best lead I could ask for, Nicole has helped me with not only estimating, but she has also shared alot of advice from her own personal experience running panel shops, she has ample knowledge and knows how the system works, myself coming from tools only experience to now blindly running my own small shop, I only wish I had found Estimate solutions alot sooner as with the helpful advice Ive been given, I no longer feel im on a sinking ship and finally have some clarity that I have made the right decision going out on my own!

Nicole is a professional at what she does.
Being that we aren't familiar with the insurance side of this industry, Nicole didn't just write our estimates but also guided us through the procedure from start to finish.
Highly recommend estimate solutions!

We've been using Nicole at Estimate Solutions to prepare quotes for our insurance work for over seven months, and we are very happy with the results! They have years of experience and knowledge dealing with all the different insurance companies, which means all the "extras" are included in each quote. Any time we have a question, Nicole has responded on the same day, and provided a comprehensive answer that improves our knowledge of the industry at the same time. If you are feeling overwhelmed and struggling to keep on top of your quoting, reach out to these guys and give them a go. They charge per quote so you won't be locked into a contract, and their fee depends on what the quote total ends up being. The process is simple, cost effective and results in more time for you to focus on other areas of your business - that's a win, win, win!

Estimate Solutions provide a very professional and convenient service. Estimates written are complete with part prices and part numbers. Very simple process, just give them the estimate numbers you want done, and by the next day they are done and already in your quoting system. Great to take some of the pressure off you when your overloaded with paper work. Great communication and pleasant to deal with.
