Who is Estimate Solutions?

How We Started?
I was approached by a friend with a startup panel shop. They asked me if I could write a few estimates remotely as they did not have the time or skills to complete them on their own. After completing the estimates, I realised there was a space for me to help more than one panel shop by providing estimating services remotely.
Estimate Solutions was founded to help smash repairers complete accurate & profitable estimates, without the stress of recruitment & training. During my 20 years in the smash repair industry, I have observed a shortage of skilled estimators. These shortages lead to increased stress & pressure to complete estimates, resulting in compromised estimates & reduced profitability.
The role of an estimator has evolved beyond simply assessing damage and preparing quotes. Today, they must also navigate insurer guidelines, ever evolving vehicle technologies and increasing overheads—all while ensuring repair costs remain viable. This complexity makes skilled estimators even more valuable, yet many workshops find it difficult to recruit and retain experienced professionals.
Embracing Technology
As we enter a new age of technology, access to skilled professionals has come simpler in the form of remote workers. Society is less reliant on geography & more reliant on access to fast internet connections.
Smash repairers regularly rely on specialists for sublet services like, mechanical repairs, wheel alignments, glass fitting, ADAS recalibration & much more. So why not engage a skilled specialist for smash repair estimating?
During the past year Estimate Solutions has grown, it became clear that remote estimators don’t experience the distractions & interruptions of a workshop. This allows the estimator to focus on completing accurate & profitable estimates without delays.

Shaping the Future
My mission is to maximise profitability on every estimate, allowing repairers to re-invest in their workshops & teams. I have helped many panel shops of all sizes, to improve their volume of completed estimates while enhancing accuracy & profitability. Precise estimating leads to increased production efficiency & reduced key-to-key times, ultimately driving greater profits.
My vision for the future of the smash repair industry is to save time & increase profitability within workshops, allowing owners to re-invest in new skilled labour. It is a well discussed fact that there are fewer & fewer skilled tradespeople remaining in the industry. What is even scarier is that most workshops don’t have the time or resources to engage in the recruiting & training of apprentices.
By reinvesting into the future of our industry, we can help ensure our workshops continue to thrive for generations to come.
